Pay Loader for Sale REDUCED TO $4,500 OR WILL TRADE

REDUCED PRICE $ 4,500 FIRM OR WILL CONSIDER TRADES... Have a 1960something (not sure of exact year) Massey Ferguson 470 Shovel loader, also known as a mini-payloader.... It has 1 yard bucket with forks, 4X4, heated cab, in-line flat top industrial 6 cylinder gas engine, front wheel steering......

I found some specs online and this unit has a lift capacity of 7,600 pounds...... The loader is about twice the size of a skidsteer

I just got the loader on a trade about 6 weeks ago...... The fella I got it from swore it ran good except for carb/choke trouble...... Evidently, before he brought it up he had a pinhole in the float soldered up...... Well, it was flooding out real bad when he started it up an unloaded it at my place and gas was dripping pretty fast out of the carb....

The four wheel drive and hi-lo for the reverse and forward gears work real good...... According to the specs she will get up to 24 miles per hour.... I haven't been able to start the loader since the day I bought it..... It kinda starts, but wont stay running as it floods out...... It has a Zenith carb, but I can't find any numbers on it...... Anyway, the 470 came with either the 6 cylinder gas or the Perkins 4 cylinder diesel.... I have a Perkins diesel that will go with this loader as the extra engine (diesel)came with the loader......

I don't know anything about Massey Ferguson machinery or where to locate parts So I'm selling or trading it... Tires have cracks, but hold air without going down.... Two of the four windows have cracks....

Will trade this loader along with the Perkins diesel for a skid steer or other heavy equipment..... Will trade for vehicles too...... Let me know what you have...... Or, for cash I will sell for $7,800 PRICE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO $6,000 and REDUCED AGAIN TO $4,500 FIRM....

If anyone has a carb or knows where to get one for this unit I'd be interested......

I really didn't expect to have to work on this loader when it was brought to me and really don't want to as I am already overwhelmed with my regular work along with the yard work that I have to do....

I'm confident that with a new carb the loader will run tip top....

There are some minor oil leaks on the motor and other places throughout the loader....
