You get both states for $125.00 in seperate classes. I also can do your finger prints and pictures for the North Dakota class which is a extra $25.00 fee to do if you want me to do them for you. New changes to the Utah permit. The state of Utah has changed their law on getting a Utah Concealed Firearms Permit you must have a CFP from the state you live in after May 10, 2011. You will need a a permit from ND also to get a Utah permit, the ND class is free when you take the Utah class. I can do a class when you want a class. I can do it after you get off work during the week or on weekends you set the time and place. Just call to set up a class for 1 or more and I will do my best to make it happen. A Utah class every 1st Saturday of the month at Mandan Sporting store they charge a $10.00 fee for each student for use of the store. If you want your own class just call to set a class up that works for you. I am easy to contact for any questions so please call. You can set up a Concealed weapons class/test when you want to have one if I am not already booked. I will travel to you for a group that wants a class and I will travel to any place in the state. I also drive just for one person if it is around the Bismarck area.

I'm a certified Utah instuctor for the Utah concealed firearm permit. For only $125.00 you can take the Utah Concealed Firearms class. I will give the class plus provide the following items, application, do the finger printing for your Utah application Only, provide a course outline, take your picture plus print it, and provide any information you need to complete your Utah application. All the items listed above are included in the $125.00 dollar fee. There are no hidden fees that will be charged for this course. Utah has a one time fee of $51.25 fee for the first 5 years when you first apply. The Utah permit is good for 5 years with a renewal fee of $15.00 for every 5 years plus you will need a a permit from the state you live in to renew stating Jan 1, 2012.

This is a one stop course as requested by the Utah BCI. The Utah class is a stand alone course no other state concealed weapons class can be given at the same time.

Only one state Concealed Weapons Class will be given at any one time. A states concealed carry class will be a stand alone class. No other states concealed carry class can be given in conjuction with another states concealed carry class or test. They will be seperate classes. I will charge you $125.00 only when you take both classes and it covers all listed.

As a certified North Dakota Concealed weapons class 1 and class 2 instructor/tester. I will for $50.00 do the class 1 permit course, open book test, and the shooting test. The fee for the class 2 open book test is also a $50.00 fee. The class 2 permit is only a open book test to be completed in one hour. North Dakota charges a $45.00 fee for the first 5 years. The North Dakota permit is good for 5 years with a renewal fee of $45.00 for every 5 years. You must stat the renewal 180 days before the end date on the permit and up to the day it expires. But when it expires you can not carry a weapon concealed. If you send your renewal form in after it expires then you must start over and take the class again.

The North Dakota class/test is a stand alone process. No other states concealed weapons class will be given in conjuction with it.

As a test administrator for North Dakota I will answer any questions you may have or refer you to the proper state office. The North Dakota Class 1 is good in 35 states and requries a 15 day notice to BCI before the class can take place. The North Dakota Concealed Weapons Permit class 2 is good in up to 22 states and requires no prior notice to take.
