1.5 year old Lab Mix. Very good dog just don't have the proper time to take care of her

1.5 yr old Lab named Teddi. Very good dog, barely barks. Probably have heard her bark maybe a dozen times in the year I have the priviledge to own her. Good with kids just gets over affectionate. She is a cuddler, hence the name. She knows the basic commands, sit, laydown, and Kennel. She is kennel broken and housebroken. I just don't have the proper time to take care of her with 2 young children and wife runs a daycare so i don't feel it is right keeping her in a kennel all day.
Comes with Dog house, lease, yard runners, dishes, an almost complete package excluding food. Again i just want to see her go to a good home.
